    • You mentioned "Early Adopter", does that mean the software isn't ready or will have a bunch of bugs?

      Not at all, the software is fully functional but has a limited feature set right now. We've built what we believe is necessary to launch but have an entire roadmap of features that we would like to continue to build out. That said, we're looking for "Early Adopters" to provide feedback and help us shape the direction of the product to ensure that we're building something that is valuable. In exchange for that feedback and input, we're offering a significant discount to those that join us early.

    • As an early adopter, can I influence what features get built?

      Absolutely! That's exactly what we're looking for. Early adopters have the ability to directly help us shape the product roadmap based on real coaching needs. After launch, all customers can request features and we'll prioritize based on the overall demand from our coaching community.

    • How will I stay updated on progress?

      Early adopters get regular updates from our founding team - often with walkthrough videos to help get you up and running quickly. After launch, all customers will receive updates when new features are released, but early adopters will always have priority access to those features before everyone else.

    • What kind of support will early adopters receive?

      Early adopters have ongoing dialog with, and direct access to, our founding team. We'll be here to help answer any questions and provide hands-on support. After launch, all customers will receive priority support but our early adopters will maintain that direct line for the length of their commitment. As someone that's willing to get involved early, you'll always have our utmost appreciation and attention.

    • What happens once you launch publicly?

      Early adopters will be grandfathered in at their existing price point. After launch, our pricing will increase to reflect the full feature set and value of the product but early adopters will continue to pay their discounted rate for as long as they remain a customer. We want to make sure that our early adopters feel valued and appreciated for their support in helping us get Coach OS off the ground.

    • Can I cancel anytime?

      Of course. Early adopters, and all customers, can cancel at any time — there are no long-term contracts or hidden penalties. Our goal is not to lock you in, but to provide you with a product that you find valuable and want to continue using. If you ever feel that Coach OS isn't meeting your needs, we'd love to hear where you think we're coming up short but you can always cancel without any hassle.

    • Are there any hidden costs or fees?

      There are no hidden costs or fees, ever. We believe in transparent pricing and want our customers to know exactly what they're paying for. The price you see is the price you pay, with no surprises.

    • Do I need to be tech-savvy to use Coach OS?

      No. Coach OS is designed to be intuitive for busy coaches — if you can use those bulky spreadsheet programs, you can certainly use our platform.

    • Can I switch plans later?

      Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time as your coaching business grows or your needs change.

    • Can I import my existing client data?

      Yes! Every coaching platform has different methods (or none at all) for exporting your data. We can work with you to get any client data you have access to migrated over to Coach OS. This is something that we'll likely need to look at on a case-by-case basis, but we're happy to help however we can. Just reach out to us and we'll work with you to get everything transferred smoothly.

    • Will my clients need to download anything?

      This is up to you. We do provide a client facing mobile application that is built to streamline data collection for the check-in process. We've found it to be a huge time saver for coaches and clients alike, but it's not required to use Coach OS. Clients are welcome to stick to the web platform if they'd prefer.
